Sir after 5 years, I see myself taking decision which will be in favour of the company.

I look for the designation like project leader where I will be utilizing my team spirit quality and the training session time experience to guide the team of people on a project. And I am sure that through my technical knowledge and eagerness to learn more and more I will reach there.

Of course its difficult to predict the future. Even though after 5 years. I would like to gain more knowledge and see myself in a respectable position in a reputed company like yours and giving my best for the further development of the organization. I would be happy to reach greater heights being an eye-catcher in an organization with highly countable employees.

It's never easy to predict the future but given an option five years down the lane, I would like to have acquired a myriad of knowledge, skills and valuable experience from my professional career, working in an environment where I am well appreciated for my hard work and sincerity by my superiors and well mingled with my fellow co-workers, while I continue to strive to excel myself with every project, every venture I undertake or am associated with.

I don't like to think too far ahead of time. I'm someone who believes that "Life happens when you're busy making plans". Now that doesnt mean that I'm not serious about my career. It just means that I'm a person who likes to it one take step one at a time. Rome was not built on one day, so I'm just focused on doing my task well and enjoy my role that I'm assigned, something similar to Vishwanathan Anand saying "At this moment, I enjoy playing chess" when asked about this retirement plans.
