2. Operation Theater Assistant : 236 posts,
    Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 ­ 20220 grade Pay Rs. 2400/­ ,
    Age : 21­37 years, relaxation in age as per rules.

3. Laboratory Attendant : 1772 posts,
    Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 ­ 20220 grade Pay Rs. 2800/­ ,
    Age : 21­37 years, relaxation in age as per rules.

Application Fee : Rs.375/­ (Rs.100/­ for SC./ST of Bihar only) to be deposited in any branch of SBI through a payment challan.
